We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as its facilities and parking. The location was perfect, being quite near the Caracol falls and also close to the city center. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

This hotel is in the perfect location, just a short distance from the Caracol falls. It's also conveniently situated near the center, making it easy to explore the city. the huts at this Pousada are fantastic, with wooden walls and roofs that blend seamlessly with nature. the room was cozy and comfortable, with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. the service provided was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. the Pousada offered great facilities, like a swimming pool and a beautiful garden.

If you want to be close to nature and enjoy a breathtaking view, this is the perfect place to stay. It is located at just 6 km from the Caracol falls, so you can easily walk there. The wooden huts are beautiful and offer all the necessary amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean, and they offer a cozy atmosphere that blends with the surrounding nature. The staff is friendly and helpful - they provided me with all the information I needed to make the most of my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruits, bread, and regional specialties.
The location is a bit far from the city center, so you need to have a car or walk a lot if you want to go out for dinner or shopping. , the Wi-Fi connection was not very reliable, which was a bit annoying since I had some work to do.
